LOCAL MISSIONS
Master’s Bible Church is committed to the biblical mandate of making disciples (Matt 28:18-20). The first step in this discipleship commission is to see souls saved by the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the glory of God the Father and in the power of God the Holy Spirit (Eph 1; 1 Thess 1:5).
We recognize the grace and love that God has shown us by His shining the light of the Gospel into our hearts so that we would know the glory of God in the face of Christ (2 Cor 4:6). It is because of this love freely given to us that we are compelled to preach the glory of Christ to all people, starting in Vancouver, WA and across the globe, as we trust God to open blind minds (2 Cor 4:4). Therefore, our task is to preach a message that is powerful enough in itself to overcome that blindness. And that message is none other than the Gospel expressed in the Lordship of Christ (2 Cor 4:5; Jas 1:18; 1 Pet 1:23–25).
Throughout the year we look for various opportunities to be a light to our neighbors and in our community. During Farmer's Market season, a group of us go to Esther Short Park and preach the gospel, some hand out tracts while others try to engage the passerbys. Children's Hunger Fund is another outreach we do year around going door-to-door preaching the gospel and providing food for children and families in need.
May we be found faithful!

OUTREACH PHILOSOPHY
Master’s Bible Church holds that evangelism and discipleship are inseparable duties of every Christian, grounded in the Great Commission and aimed supremely at the glory of God. Evangelism must consist of the clear, verbal proclamation of the biblical gospel—centered on the person and work of Christ—and must never be replaced by lifestyle witness, charitable activity, or coercive, man-centered methods that manufacture professions of faith. Faithfulness is measured not by visible results but by obedience to Christ in accurately preaching the gospel and graciously engaging unbelievers, trusting God alone for conversion. Discipleship necessarily follows true conversion, requiring submission to Christ as Lord and ongoing instruction toward maturity within the context of a faithful local church. While open-air preaching remains the primary biblical model, MBC affirms the wise, strategic use of methods and modern tools to reach receptive audiences, always ensuring that the gospel message remains central and uncompromised.
